By accessing and using the VantaraLuxe website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

VantaraLuxe provides curated travel planning and itinerary services. Our services include:

• Personalised travel itinerary design and recommendations.
• Accommodation and activity bookings through our partner network.
• Travel consultation and destination guidance.

All services are subject to availability and may vary based on season, destination, and partner terms.

Bookings & Payments

When you make a booking through VantaraLuxe:

• A confirmation will be sent to your registered email address upon successful booking.
• Payment terms and methods will be communicated at the time of booking.
• Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• 30+ days before departure: Full refund minus processing fees.
• 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
• Less than 15 days before departure: No refund applicable.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to enquire@vantaraluxe.com.

Refunds for flights, hotels, and third-party services are subject to the respective provider's cancellation policy.

Travel Documents & Insurance

It is the traveller's responsibility to ensure:

• Valid passports, visas, and travel documents are in order before departure.
• Adequate travel insurance is obtained for the duration of the trip.
• Compliance with entry requirements and health regulations of the destination country.

VantaraLuxe is not liable for denied entry, deportation, or any issues arising from incomplete documentation.

Limitation of Liability

VantaraLuxe acts as an intermediary between travellers and service providers (hotels, airlines, tour operators). We are not liable for:

• Service disruptions, delays, or cancellations by third-party providers.
• Personal injury, loss, or damage during travel.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, pandemics, or political unrest.

Intellectual Property

All content on the VantaraLuxe website — including text, images, logos, designs, and videos — is the property of VantaraLuxe and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

User Conduct

By using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
• Submit false or misleading information.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website.

Changes to Terms
